Tips For A Successful Search

The Warren County Recorder’s Office is pleased to announce as of April 20, 2016, most documents can now be found online. We strive to make this process as simple as possible. More than 5 million documents have been recorded in Warren County, and our office would count it a privilege to help you find what you need.

After this page, you will be directed to the Warren County Recorders “AVA” webpage. There, you will be given several options on which to conduct your land records search. For optimum success, the Warren County Recorder urges users to use their “parcel number” for their searches. The 10-digit parcel number can be found several ways. One can go to the Auditor’s webpage and do an address or name search. The data that appears will include a “parcel number” in the upper left hand side of the data. You can also find a “parcel number” by clicking the ACCEPT button below. You will be directed to the “AVA” page. Enter the name you are looking for, and click the search button. One of the pieces of data this will be brought up includes the parcel number.

To print a document, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “print” icon. A PDF version will appear, and you may click Control P at this point.
