Military Information & Rewards

Dear Veterans:

Thank you. Those words seem so insignificant compared to what you have done to preserve our freedom, and our way of life. It is our belief that we need to show our appreciation and respect to you every day – not just November 11. That is why the Warren County Recorder’s office has expanded its services to our Veterans. First, you can continue to record your DD-214s and NGB-22s with our office at no charge. We are happy to preserve these important documents for you and your family’s peace of mind. Please know these documents are NOT public record, and no one can access them, but the person who filed the document, the Veterans Commission Director, or a family member who has power of attorney. Since 2015 we have been offering Veteran ID cards. Again, this is offered at no charge to all Warren County Veterans. We are happy to serve those outside of Warren County as well, but we will need to record your original discharge papers per the Ohio Revised Code. Please do not hesitate to contact me at 513-695-1382 or email at loda@warrencountyrecorder.com if you have any questions or if we can provide any information about the services we offer.

Respectfully,
